Happy hour at Mia Bella, as I experienced yesterday, is awesome. $3 wells, martinis, bellinis, house wine, mimosas AND appetizer plates until 7, and all day on Monday? Yes please. The risotto I had last night was to die for. And don't forget about their delectable bread and olive oil combo, absolutely gratis.
